Honeydew Granita83 calories Ingredients2 tbs lime juice 4 tbs sugar 1/3 tsp salt 1 honeydew melon Instructions- Remove seeds and rind from melon. Cut into one inch cubes.
- Puree all ingredients until smooth.
- Strain through a sieve over a bowl. Don't push pulp through the sieve, let gravity do its work.
- Pour into a medium sized baking dish and freeze 1 hour.
- scrape a layer off using a fork. Repeat every 20 minutes until all ice is scraped off.
- Spoon into glasses, serve.
