Cranberry Scones154 calories per serving serves 16 Ingredients- 2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
Instructions- whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt
- whisk together yogurt, vegetable oil, orange zest in separate bowl
- combine wet ingredients to dry
- stir in cranberries until just blended.
- press into greased pie tin
- score into 16 slices using knife.
- bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes.
