Granola290 calories serves 10 Ingredients- 2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup unprocessed bran
- 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
- 1 tsp minced crystallized ginger
- 1 cup chopped dried apples
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Instructions- cook apple juice, syrup, ginger over medium heat until simmering
- combine oatmeal, bran, flaxseed in medium sized bowl
- coat in syrup mix
- spread on greased, rimmed, baking sheet
- bake 300* for 25-30 minutes, stirring twice
- mix in fruits
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of this recipe. The granola's pretty calorie-dense. I know that it's pretty low for granola, but it's still a bit much.
